Our eight story building has a rich history starting with its construction in 1903 as a power plant for the STL Transit Company, one of St. Louis’ first streetcar lines. Now, floors six through eight are beautiful, urban loft spaces that provide the perfect backdrop for parties and celebrations year round. Delicious details are still an important part of each celebration, as the entire fifth floor is dedicated to a top-notch kitchen and the world-class Windows culinary team.
The building’s history has been preserved in small details like the original fire doors and exposed brick walls, and is accented by custom artwork and the iconic neon champagne bottle that lights up Wash Ave. Each floor has room for 410 guests for a reception with a dance floor and head table, 250 guests for a ceremony and reception, or 800 guests for a cocktail-style event, two covered open-air verandas, private restrooms and unique architectural features.
